Merry Christmas!
And, hope you had a Happy Hanukkah!
It’s the last few days before Christmas and I’m happy to report that my shopping is done and the packages are wrapped.
My remaining challenge is making sure that I can fit my stateside deliveries in one of the two suitcases I am checking on my flight Saturday morning. I never check two bags, but I’m bringing a rather large kitchen appliance down for a gift and it’s the most economical way to get it down there. It’s always a decision now between postal shipping fees or airline baggage fees. #FUH
The good news is, I’m left with plenty of time to do the things I love – cooking and baking for a family Christmas Eve gathering. I love to cook and will be trying a new appetizer recipe, Shrimp Rockefeller Stuffed Mushrooms. They look amazingly yummy!
This year, I get to “have my cake and eat it too” by spending Christmas Eve with my family in New York and Christmas Dinner (most of the day will be spent traveling) on St. Thomas with my S.O. (significant other). I am so grateful for my laptop lifestyle and the ability to live my life in more than one location!
Lemon Office sincerely wishes you a very Happy Holiday season!!
P.S. Let me know if you try the Shrimp Rockefeller Stuffed Mushrooms recipe.
