Tip #7: Create a Launch Calendar with Milestones and Due Dates
The calendar or schedule is a living and breathing entity, keep it flexible to allow for adjustments but always keep the launch date (deadline) in sight.
Changes and adjustments are inevitable but there are always ways to work around the challenges and get your schedule quickly back on track.
