When Life Hands You Lemons… Make Lemonade!
I am Susan Donegan, an Executive Producer for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Every business owner has a vision for theirbusiness. My job is to understand your vision and make sure that vision happens. Like a good TV Producer, I control all aspects of producing your business, from idea strategy execution, to managing team members, to having responsibility for the budget and overall quality of your offerings.
When I started working with the team at DailySuccessDeals.com, the initial launch date was just weeks away. The founding team consisted of four successful entrepreneurs and business owners, all with multiple individual projects in the works, all at the same time. To say there was a lot going on was an understatement!
I began working closely with Traci, who was frantically trying to keep too many balls in the air at one time. By understanding exactly what needed to happen each day, I was able to coordinate with the copy, design and technical teams to ensure that daily goals were met and coordinate the tasks required to meet the first deal’s launch date. Traci was able to get some sleep and see her family a little bit!
Business owners that are poised for growth, ready to raise the stakes, willing to delegate and give up some control are the perfect match for me.
It’s risky to add to your team, I understand that, but the benefits can be both profitable and freeing. My former years working in advertising agencies in Boston, Orlando and the Virgin Islands developed a commitment to client service above all else. I will get rid of that anxious feeling of “I’m forgetting something” by becoming as familiar with and caring about your business as much as you do. I can only be successful if you are, so let’s connect and take your business to the next level.

Favorite place (past) – Cape Cod, MA (Growing up, I spent my summersin Dennis, MA and worked at the beach during my teenage years! More Gidget-like than Baywatch…)
